From Middle School to the Jobsite - We Guide the Journey
We offer hands-on programs that connect students to construction careers through camps, competitions, internships, and real-world experiences. Whether you’re a student, parent, school, or sponsor, there’s a role for you in constructing the future.
Summer Camp
Our middle school camp introduces younger students to construction through teamwork, creativity, and tool-based projects. It's all about discovery and early inspiration.
Internship Program
We connect students with paid internships in local construction firms. Interns gain real-world skills, mentorship, and a strong start toward a fulfilling construction career.
Construction Rodeo
This high school event brings students together to compete in hands-on construction challenges. It’s a fun, fast-paced way to explore skilled trades and meet potential employers.
