The Construct My Future Internship Program (CMFIP) bridges the gap between the classroom and the job site by offering high school students a paid, credit-earning pathway into the trades. Through immersive 4-6 week rotations, students gain hands-on experience, earn a paycheck, and explore diverse career paths in fields like HVAC, electrical work, and construction management.
Our program is a true community partnership: We receive support from community and industry leaders to provide the mentorship and real-world exposure needed to launch successful careers. Together, we are building a “Pathway to Trades” and changing lives—one job at a time.
